OCJA PISTOL MATCH RULES

REGISTRATION/CHECK IN: 8:00am.

SAFETY BRIEFING: 9:00am.

STAGE WALK-THROUGH: 9:15am.

MATCH STARTS: 9:30am.

AMMUNITION

?SERVICE TYPE? ammunition. This may include full metal jacket (FMJ) or lead bullets. As long as the ammunition is loaded to ?duty specifications?. No light loaded ?competition? loads.

HANDGUNS

ALLOWED MODIFICATIONS: Change sights to another conventional post/notch.

Grips similar to factory. Slip on grip sock. Action work-reliability work (as long as
safety is not compromised).

MODIFICATIONS NOT ALLOWED: Compensators or barrel porting. Non-standard (post/notch)
sights. External modifications (other than grips/sights). Add-on weights of ANY type.

SHOTGUNS

12 Gauge ONLY. Maximum barrel length 21?. Extended magazine tubes not to extend beyond barrel. Iron sights ONLY. No speed chutes, speed loaders or strip clips.

HOLSTERS AND AMMO CARRIERS

Holsters and ammo carriers must be specifically designed for duty use or concealed
carry. Holster must be worn in a manner consistent with every day carry. A maximum of
two (2) spare magazines or revolver speed loaders may be carried. All holster and
magazine retention devices will be used. Holsters and ammo carriers will be worn on a
?duty? belt or a belt that passes through the pants belt loops. Holsters MUST cover the
trigger guard. Concealed holster/carriers must be positioned behind the point of the
hipbone. The front of the holster may be cut down ¼? below the ejection port (autos) or
half way down the cylinder (revolver).

NO COMPETITION TYPE HOLSTERS OR AMMUNITION CARRIERS ALLOWED
